W4TEX Women Textile Project

The main objective of TECOFASH is to contribute to a competitive and sustainable European fashion industry. The project focuses on the capacity of professionals working in SMEs and start-ups to reorient their businesses towards circular business models and environmental and sustainable innovation, achieved through collaboration and training across generations and nationalities. Our training takes into account the three fundamental principles of Elkington’s theory: economic, social and environmental, which are essential for sustainability.

TECOFASH – Project

The UNBOXING Project focuses on training workers in the textile, clothing, leather, and footwear (TCLF) packaging sector to adopt sustainable packaging and waste-management practices. It tackles the high consumption of virgin materials—about 40% of plastics and 50% of paper in the EU—and supports EU initiatives like the Green Deal and Circular Economy Action Plan. The goal is to ensure all packaging in the EU is reusable or economically recyclable by 2030.
