GreenLift is expected to deliver tangible outcomes that support both individuals and systems in adapting to the green and digital transition. Over 220 adult learners will be upskilled or reskilled through tailored programmes, combining technical training with mentoring, counselling, and hands-on learning labs. The project will also produce validated training frameworks, stakeholder cooperation models, and policy recommendations that can be transferred to other regions and sectors. By piloting these approaches in real settings, GreenLift aims to demonstrate effective methods for boosting employability, inclusion, and sustainability. The results will contribute to EU-wide strategies on adult education, workforce resilience, and climate action.
GreenLift aims to produce practical and scalable results that address key challenges in adult learning and workforce transformation within the TCLF sectors. The project will support vulnerable individuals by providing access to relevant green and digital skills, while also generating systemic tools, such as adaptable training frameworks and cooperation models, that can inform policy and practice beyond the project’s duration. These outcomes are designed to strengthen both individual employability and institutional capacity for inclusive, sustainable learning in Europe.
