GreenLift

Socially-responsive upskilling and reskilling opportunities towards the green transition of the TCLF industry.

GreenLift is a European initiative funded under Erasmus+ that supports the green and digital transition of the Textile, Clothing, Leather, and Footwear (TCLF) sectors through inclusive adult learning. The project focuses on upskilling and reskilling vulnerable groups, such as women, NEETs, and displaced workers, by offering tailored training programmes, practical learning labs, and holistic support services. By fostering cooperation between education providers, industry, and policy-makers, GreenLift aims to close critical skills gaps, promote sustainable practices, and strengthen social inclusion and regional resilience. The project also serves as a policy experimentation model, informing scalable approaches to workforce development aligned with EU climate, circular economy, and social equity goals.
