To make the textile and footwear industry sustainable, we first had to find out what’s actually happening on the factory floor and in the design studios. We reached out to workers and business owners across Europe to ask, “What is standing in your way?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We promised to listen, and the results are officially in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After surveying 90 industry leaders and workers across Sweden, Italy, Greece, and Spain, we have uncovered exactly what our sector needs to thrive in the green transition. From a 40% gap in digital-green skills to a massive 70% demand for hands-on learning, these results are the roadmap for the GreenLift Labs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve condensed months of research into an easy-to-access infographic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While these results celebrate where we are today, the journey doesn’t stop here. These findings aren’t just numbers; they are the foundation for the new micro-credentials we are building to help you, and the planet, succeed. To ensure our data remains as dynamic as the TCLF industry itself, we are moving into the next phase of our research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
